Refund Policy
Our online services offer hassle-free booking options for both Pre-paid and COD orders. After booking, our customer care executive will call you to confirm the slot, tests, and technician details. You may choose to re-schedule the appointment by calling our contact centre within 24 hours.
In the event of non-availability of service or preferred time, you may cancel the appointment from the Website or through the Contact Centre. A booking can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to sample collection. Once the sample is collected by our technician, the order cannot be cancelled.
Upon successful cancellation, if the order is pre-paid, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days from the date of cancellation. Refund is not applicable for COD orders.
